On the way driving to the river, Adam spotted a bear from the road. We were able to drive into this pull-off area where we then watched this teenager grizzly book it up this 60-70 degree slope! We whipped out the camera, but didn't get any pictures in time. :( It was pretty cool nonetheless. Also, while I was fly fishing, I hear Adam ask from the bank, "Nat do you see the moose?" I look up expecting to catch the fluff of it's tail disappear into the woods, when I look across the river and it's directly across from me! It started to cross, but only made it to the middle before she turned around. It was so neat! If nothing else, we definately got our wildlife viewing in for the day!
