Thanksgiving Day Parade

On the morning of Thanksgiving, I did an "actibity" as Greta would say with her and Bennett. I had them glue on beans to strips of paper and we stapled them together and added feathers for little indian headdresses to wear to the Thanksgiving Day Parade in downtown Charlotte.
Little Eden enjoyed the benefit of their hard work. :)

We all had such a great time at the parade. It was cold though!

Bennett was cracking me up with her posed smiles. When you ask her to say cheese she really emphasizes it and gives you this face every time! Funny girl. Greta just loves her buddy B.

I got to sit next to my buddy boyfriend who was completely entranced by all the sights to see.

Mimi came with us and still had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner waiting for us when we got back. How does she do it?? She bought Starbucks for everyone which on parade days, we literally stand in line for over 30 minutes for. It's crazy, but the girls enjoyed their "hot toto".

My favorite guys.

I am so thankful for my sweet kids.

Greta got a high five from a somewhat deflated looking Ernie.

Parades can be inspirational. For example, I solved the problem of what to wear for Christmas Day.

Obviously, I was a bit too into the parade to think about checking G's diaper. Her tights were soaked and her dipe was dangling between her knees on the way back to the car. Sorry girl!!

She is a beauty though. :)

She is a beauty and time for potty training as soon as your settled. She will catch on quick!! Love, Mom ps that diaper would make a great commercial for a diaper company!! It probably weighed 3 lbs!
