Friday night, we went camping about a mile from the zoo. We got there and it was dark so I made a fire and we set up our tent using the headlights from our car. We ate typical camping junk food consisting of hot dogs/oreos/jalapeno potato chips. It was a pretty cold night, but at least it gave us a place to stay before the zoo the next morning. When we woke up this morning, I took a shower at the campground in what was a typical campground shower. It was the warmest I had felt in 24 hours. :) However, I had to watch out for the daddy long leg spiders which were crawling all over the walls near my clothes and toothbrush. Not to mention the gigantic spider web hanging in my shower stall. Sick.
