My Viennese grandma taught me how to make schnitzel (breaded/fried pork) this summer. After all the schnitzelfests and a little prompting from Adam, it was time I finally learned how to make it by myself. My grandma firmly instructed me I was not to have a "fest" until I made it for Adam first to practice. Well, I can happily announce that I have succeeded! Aren't you proud? Hmmm...just in time for an Oktoberfest! :)
