Grandma doing what Grandma does best! We all love her schnitzel so if she ever makes it, she does it right and makes a ton! We were limited to 2 per person which I think worked well since most of the boys' eyes are always bigger than their stomachs. I asked her for her recipe and of course, she doesn't have it recorded. How can Grandma's not write this stuff down!?
