GA Trip

Last Wednesday, I took the kids to Flowery Branch, GA to go see Lindsay, Joey and Ella and visit with them for a few days. The trip should've taken 3.5 hours, but after a 4.5 hour drive including a Chick-Fil-A stop, a speeding warning from a cop, countless paci plug-ins, and 3 Baby Einstein DVD's on a continuous rotation, we made it safe and sound.Hangin' out with her bud

Dancing to the Wiggles

This was where you could find me most of the time. Lindsay taught me how to make two different dresses and a skirt. She was such a good teacher and even shopped for fabric for me so I didn't have to make a last minute run to the store. They turned out so cute! Pictures to come...

One night we took the kids to get some Easter pictures taken at Target. This was our first photography studio experience and it's hard to get 2 babies to smile at the same time! Greta was much more interested in jumping off the stool instead of sitting on it. Will is such a paci baby that when I took it out, he sucked on his tongue instead. It was hilarious. I did however walk away with some cute pictures and it only cost $16.00!

This was the first time my big boy "sat up" in a cart all by himself. He was propped up with purses and sippy cups.

We went and got popcorn for the girls for their participation in the pictures while we waited for the proofs. This was Lindsay's clever idea ensuring that Greta wouldn't drop her popcorn.

Ella celebrates her birthday on April 14th. She's just two months older than Greta. Will was such a good sport chillin' with the big girls.

We took them to the heighborhood park on the last morning we were there.

Will loves to swing. He just giggles the entire time.

One of the best parts of our trip was watching the girls on Ella's 4-wheeler. I'm pretty convinced I'll be looking for one of these very soon. As you can see, Greta loved it!

love the popcorn strapped in idea. I think they have those little 4 wheelers at Walmart! They look adorable. The girls I mean, not the 4 wheelers.:) Lindsay looks great too!
