Meagan and Taylor's Wedding

Last weekend was a friend of the family's wedding. Meagan Lewis, one of Leigh Anna's best friends got married to Taylor, a great guy she met at Liberty. It was a beautiful winter wedding and a fun date for Adam and I to get out alone without the kids!

The colors were black, white and silver. We assembled and "fluffed" those trees a couple days before the wedding. It was a lot of work, but obviously as you can tell totally worth it. How beautiful is the stage? It looks like Narnia to me. :)

One of the coolest special touches they included at the reception were mugs of hot cocoa and apple cider. I LOVED that idea!

Pretty Leigh Anna was a bridesmaid. All of the bridesmaids had beautiful black floor-length strapless gowns.

Dan sang a Dave Barnes song for the ceremony.

Dad R. pretty much did this throughout the entire reception and didn't mind one bit of it.

Look at these girls! Meagan's dress was so gorgeous and very "wintery" looking I thought. One of these beautiful girls is still single....(shoutout to all the single males that look at my blog... ((none))

After planning four weddings, the Kale girls know how to appreciate a table centerpiece. I thought I could use these ideas for decorating my house next winter too. Conveniently enough, a girl who attended this wedding is getting married next winter and asked to buy all of them! How perfect is that!

So simple and pretty.

The whole gangSo where were are kids during all of this? Sweet Aunt Pam and Uncle Frank watched them for us. As we arrived to the house, we were greeted with invitations to "Greta's Tea Party". It had all of the details including "time subject to change due to naptime." Greta could not have been happier. With a cat and a dog to play with PLUS a tea party. Thanks Burn's!

Love the white trees!

Was the pic of D & D taken before or after his lovely dinnertable comment?

Compliment list:

yes, I definitely need to borrow that purple dress.

Those trees look awesome!

Centerpieces as well. Did they spray paint and glitter tree branches?

The bride is gorgeous, what a unique dress!

Leanna looks beautiful also. I will be borrowing her dress too for my next formal. (never)

How kind of Adam's family to babysit the kids. I love it when different people interact with and love my kids. The kids will think they "hung the moon", know what I mean?

Just lovely. The bride is striking and everyone else looks like they are in a bridal magazine. Wish I could have been there. Love, Mom
