Girls Weekend

We had a full house here last week! Lindsay and Ella came up from GA and Jackie and Lydia came from Lynchburg for a little girls getaway to visit us here in Raleigh. I was so excited to have my two of my best girlfriends from Liberty come hang out with us for the week. We went to rhyme time at the library, create craft night, fabric store, play group at church, shopping at the mall, farmer's market, watched movies, baked bread, made fally soups and just got some good hang out time with us and our girls. Linds and Jack also brought us a giant box of diapers and cute little boy clothes for Will. So thoughtful and very much needed! Thanks again girls!Greta- 15 months, Ella- 17 months, Lydia- 7 months

Lindsay- 324 months, Jackie- 315 months, Nat- 311 months :)Greta and Ella's clubhouse

So fresh and so tired

Linds turns 27 on October 1st so we baked a little monkey bread Saturday morning before she left and sang Happy Birthday to her.

Poor Ella was probably annoyed with us, but we tried to make her say the word "wiggle" every chance we got. It was adorable.

Linds has more pictures and a more specific play-by-play on her blog if you want to see it here.

Nat, do you want to admit how long it took you to figure out how many months you, Jackie and Lindsey are? - ha! ha!
The bath time pictures are adorable.

I've resorted to calculators a long time ago. Except when it comes to times tables up to 12. Those are still fresh as a daisy in my mind. :)

so i'm just waiting for a post titled "Will's Here!" to shock me any day now... you do realize that if history repeats itself and you go 9 days early and I go 14 days late, our kids will literally be a month apart? hold that thing in there so's not to discourage a sister in Christ, k? :)

looks like you girls had fun- how fun it is to all have little ones at the same time in life and share in that joy!
