Last night Adam and I got all dolled up and went out to eat to Maggiano's. We like to "stick it to the man" and never celebrate Valentines on the actual day. Beat that Overpriced Flowers and Twice the Wait for Dinner. :)
I got Adam a travel mug for his "cup o' bou" in the morning. He surprised me with tickets to Annie Get Your Gun, a musical coming to Raleigh. And when he got home he brought me flowers too that I haven't taken pictures of yet. So sweet and I love that he came up with it all on his own.
Ad hates to take pictures in the restaurant. He's embarrassed of people watching us. I promised no flash from the camera so I could take these. That's why were in the dark. :)
We used gift cards from Christmas from Adam's grandparents, Mimi and Papa, to celebrate the night! We included an appetizer and coffee and dessert! It was awesome!

Totally random- Is that the scarf we got at the market in Charleston last year? I wore mine for our Valentine's date out too:-)

Actually E, I got a blue one. Later that summer the Hallmark of all places was having a sidewalk sale across the street from our house. I got this peach scarf and a yellow one for 2 bucks each!!
