A few close-ups

Here's a better look at the desk. Adam built the bookshelves with removable shelves so I can fit all my photo albums and high school yearbooks and yes I still look at them. :) Does the desktop portion look familar? It's leftover hardwood from our floors! And did anyone notice I hung curtains? I actually bought these before we moved in and just hadn't made a decision of where to put them. I am not very good when it comes to window treatments, but I figured it's about time to do something!
My Mom was the inspiration behind the curtains because she made the one for me below while I was in Boise. I really liked how it spruced the place up! And thanks to Bridge for the cute little cafe sign which Adam always thinks our neighbors will say, "What EFAC?"

"EFAC" is better than if your neighbors read "CAFE" and show up for dinner!
