4 Month Check-up

Greta had her 4 month check-up on Tuesday. She's actually about 4 months and 3 weeks, but this was the first week we hadn't traveled in a while! Her statistics are as follows:

Weight: 13 pounds, 4 ounces/ 25th percentile

Length: 24.5 inches / 50th percentile

Head Circumference: 40.5 centimeters/ 25th percentileEverything is all about her mouth. She loves to lick anything. Today it was a page in the Pottery Barn that she ripped out while I was reading it and put it directly in her mouth. Her shirt is a titch too small for her in this picture because it is a newborn onesie. But, it said "I love Mommy" and it was on my birthday, so I had to have her wear it one last time. :)She also loves to be naked and is happiest most with no clothes on.

As you can see she has learned to flip over too. She learned that on her exact 4 month mark, at 2 in the morning to be exact. She woke herself up and woke me up too- we were both surprised! Now, anytime we put her on her back, she just flips right over to her belly and looks at us to make sure we're watching. Today as Adam and I ate dinner, Adam put her in the swing next to the dining table. She was unbuckled, but I thought she should be fine since we were right next to her. Next thing I know, in the middle of our conversation, I look over and Greta is face down in the swing with her legs up in the air. She had flipped over again! The other video is of her and her new toy. She loves it and, as usual, tries to eat that too.
