A few more pics

Well, the vacation began with a wedding in Charlotte, NC. Christy (Adam's cousin) and Blake were married and had a beautiful wedding (or so I heard) since Greta and I were hanging out in the bride's room. :)Aunt Leigh Anna held the gal pal for a while at the reception. Look at how nicely Leigh Anna's earrings match her dress! (wink wink) They're mine. :) After the reception, we loaded up the cars and headed on down to Isle of Palms. Which, Heather, I would highly recommend as an east coast beach to visit. It's a beautiful beach with downtown Charleston just minutes away.

This is how we began our mornings with the bomb view outside of our bedroom.

Then we went downstairs and drank our coffee with the other early birds.
The babies would get passed off to their baby-sitters :) Throuhout the day, some would work on the puzzle that sat out all week. It's tradition for a puzzle to be set out every year. Then Mama and Papa will hodge-podge it and frame it.This was the first time we've stayed in this house. It's name is literally called "Mansion in the Beach" which is no joke since it housed all 29 of us! I LOVED the pool since it was so big and perfect for games like volleyball since the deepest part of the pool only came up to my chin. In a normal pool, I hate playing games since I have to use my hands to swim in the deep end. Then I can never catch the ball. My choices are: 1-play games and die or 2-swim and live. Thankfully, I did not have to make that choice this time. :) We visited downtown Charleston a few times which was a lot of fun. There were these giant swinging porch swings that we loved to walk out on the pier to get to.

We are glad you didn't have to choose to play games and die this time. That is a cool necklace though.
