Yesterday we had a surprise shower at work for Danielle. Although she was surprised, her facial expression looks a little more like she expected it... They had a scavenger hunt for her around the halls looking for gifts and finally ending up in the room where about 30+ PBC ladies were waiting in the dark.

Lynn Swanson made a beautiful cake that looked very professional. The picture of Danielle there was used at her Charlotte shower, but I smuggled it to this one making sure it got put to more good use. We set it on the food table so people knew to save some food for the hungry pregnant lady. :)
Some of the younger girls that I work with. Sarah, Rebecca (reminds me a ton of Sara A. because of her hair and the way she walks like a ballerina) and Shelly and her little sister who was visiting for the week.
Even the Renstrom girls made a trip in. (Notice gigantic bug bite on my arm) Don't look too closely though because now I am noticing that I look slightly pregnant myself in this picture. Let me clarify this shower was for Danielle and let's just call that an unflattering shadow.
We topped off the party with some special guests Babe Barker and her assistant Bambi for the Price is Right! I already know what I look more like Butch Barker, so you don't have to mention it. I asked Kristen if I could put a bow in my hair and she laughed and said it would be funny if I didn't. Thanks a lot. :) However, Kristen looked a little mannish herself so I didn't feel so bad. We really had a lot of fun doing it and it was complete with the PIR theme song and microphone.
