Last weekend at our church's college leadership retreat, we played a mean game of ultimate frisbee. I was really looking forward to playing but had to recruit Adam who wanted to play basketball to play with me. I was one of few girls so I thought I would need him so he would feel obligated to pass to me. :) You'll notice in the following pictures how graceful my toss is. It all begins with one leg up in the air to allow stability and balance which creates focus in my aim.

I glide over the field like a dragonfly over dew-laden lillypads. Smooth, with precise gracefulness. Gliding, gliding...

Now, Adam's turn: Growl at people who come his way and make mean faces. Not as pretty as my moves.

Okay, okay. I thought I could learn to play with the guys, but "I'm not worthy! I'm not worthy"

What athleticism! You two make a great ultimate Frisbee team, but don't quit your day job.
