Okay, so some exciting news this morning. After placing a second bid on a condo that we really liked, we found out that the bank accepted our offer! So, we are pumped and always a little hesitant since this bank has done us wrong before. But, this is the most confident I've felt about it in a while, so praise God for getting this far! We'll just pray that all the paperwork goes smoothly and hopefully by August 25th, we'll be homeowners!
