The whole Renstrom clan drove in from Charlotte (sorry no pics of them! I don't know what I was thinking..) and we had a big family dinner at D&D's house. They wrote in chalk congratulating Bernie on our way up to the house.
We were so happy to have our cousin Stefanie with us too in town from Charleston.
We were so blessed to have an awesome guy in our church give us some playoff tickets to an NHL Hurricanes hockey game to give to Dad and Bernie. Adam and Dan bought some tickets off of Craigslist (my fave) to go along with them.
Us girls stayed back and watched a huge storm roll in. We were standing on the back porch and every time it thundered and lightning, Stefanie would shriek and run back in.
Here's the gigantic airbed we had blown up in our living room that all of us girls crowded around and watched the girliest movie we could find. Dreamer. :)
