The Zoo!

For my birthday, I told Adam I didn't care what we did, I just didn't want to make my own dinner reservations. :) I wanted him to plan something fun for the both of us to do. Well, his plan was great and he took me camping in Asheboro and we went to the zoo the next morning! We had so much fun and decided that we were in the best spot of life to do that together. If we had kids, we would be stopping at the bathroom every hour and if we were with older people, they'd want to read up about tropical plants and the mating habits of baboons. So, here we were cruising through the zoo at the time it opened in the morning, seeing everything we wanted to see, and it took us about 2.5 hours. My favorite animals were the gorillas. My camera battery was going dead, but here are some pics I managed to take.That's a giraffe in the background. You can't see it, but that's okay. You can't be picky when a stranger willingly takes a picture for you. :)
